Caroline Holm
I support clients through challenges like grief, anxiety, depression, creative blocks, or those seeking inspiration and connection. I believe that embracing our neglected or challenging parts fosters wholeness and connection in ourselves and our communities. My approach is rooted in grief tending, nature connection, and creative integration and honors where you’re at, creating space for healing, self-acceptance, and transformation.
I’m Caroline Holm, a state-licensed psilocybin facilitator, grief retreat leader, artist, poet, and mother. My practice creates a compassionate space where clients feel safe to explore new perspectives, process difficult emotions, and awaken to their own capacity for transformation. Psilocybin has been a profound tool in my own life, helping me navigate grief, anxiety, and deepen my connections to creativity and awe. My passion for this work is born of deep gratitude for what it has catalyzed in my life, and it’s my joy to support others through this experience.
